Meeting at Lake Suwa on the evening of Friday October 11th, participants will prepare for a 2-day ride through the breathtaking scenery of Nagano.

On Saturday October 12th, the route is approximately 120kms with about 1000 meters of elevation, from Lake Suwa to Nagano City, via the historic city of Matsumoto and its incredible castle.

On Sunday 13th, the route goes through Ueda, up to Karuizawa, and down the famous 184 curves to Takasaki city, completing a ride of approximately 130kms. and 1250 meters of elevation.

Cycling is a potentially hazardous activity that may result in serious injury or death due to, for example, poor road conditions, unfamiliar roads, poor weather conditions, over-exertion, mechanical failure of equipment, collision with vehicles, and/or riding at high speeds. There are other inherent risks involved with participation in the Event including, but not limited to, contracting COVID-19 or other virus or illness; lack of or limited availability to medical attention; risks associated with the consumption of alcohol; and/or equipment failure. Participants accept all of these risks by participating in the Event.
